A representative of the American Cancer Society will discuss the latest information about cancer types, improvements in cure rates, symptoms to watch for, and services available for those needing help finding the right treatment. Exercise for Stress Reduction & Health

Have concerns about your health or stress level? Exercise can benefit both areas. A local physical therapist will discuss the benefits of exercise and identify appropriate exercises for seniors no matter what your current conditioning is. Hear tips for getting started on an exercise routine most suited to your needs and lifestyle. Pick up a handout listing exercise classes appropriate for seniors offered at convenient locations in Scotts Valley.

Scotts Valley State of the City Address 2018

Back by popular demand, Scotts Valley Senior Life Association will again sponsor this well-attended information session for the third year in a row. Hear Scotts Valley's Mayor and other city officials discuss the city's most significant business developments, commerce, residential housing, and city infrastructure projects that transpired during 2018.
